| Crabmeat Special
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup finely chopped green onions
3 - 14 ounce cans (or jars) artichoke hearts, drained and thinly sliced
1 pound fresh crabmeat
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and pour into a 3-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 6.
