2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
5 tablespoons margarine, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk or half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pie shell, unbaked

Combine all ingredients except pie shell in a bowl. Beat well with an electric mixer. Pour mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 to 60 minutes.
